About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including personal care and promoting activities of daily living
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess and develop recovery plans for service users
  • Undertake therapeutic observations and provide support to service users on a 1:1 basis
  • Participate in physical management of violence and aggression training to manage challenging situations
  • Contribute to cross-departmental working within the acute pathway as required
Requirements
  • NVQ L2/3 H&SC or Diploma L2/3 in H&SC or apprenticeship L2/3 in H&SC
  • Previous experience within the care sector
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, liaising appropriately with other practitioners in the team
