Job Summary
ENGINEERINGUK is seeking a skilled Fleet Inventory Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Global Fleet & Products (GFP) team, you will be responsible for managing the European idle fleet inventory and redeployment performance analytics. This role involves driving compliance, quality/accuracy, and automation for our redeployment inventory, building a single source of truth input for planning cycles, downstream deployment operations, and cost control.

About the Role
This is a pan-European role that requires analytical skills and interactions with both external and internal stakeholders. You will lead change towards standardized and centralized reporting at VIN level, work towards metrics alignment and integration to our worldwide fleet reporting tools, and publish data in dashboards to support planning and operational decisions. Key responsibilities include owning internal EU and WW GFP business review data consolidation, leading reporting consolidation efforts, and supporting Redeployment operations by enabling FMC performance monitoring against contractual SLAs.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, proficiency in Excel, and ability to handle SQL queries. Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading, and able to 'roll up their sleeves' and jump in if needed. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's in a related field, experience working with distributed teams, and proven ability to manage complex supply chain or distribution operations with multiple internal and external actors. Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year.
