**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Coordinator to join our team at Princes Limited. As a Shift Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Support the Team: Collaborate with the Shift Operations Manager to ensure maximum utilization of resources and equipment to achieve efficient production of high-quality products.
  • Deputise for Shift Operations Manager: Take on additional responsibilities as required, including managing the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand.
  • Operational Flexibility: Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including site support functions (Engineering, Logistics, Technical).
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure the safety of our people and products while maintaining company quality, safety, and environmental frameworks.
  • Short- to Medium-Term Strategy: Focus on enabling the factory to respond to growth plans of all brands in the area of control.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across the site, promoting a culture of excellence and best practices.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues to ensure the success of the role.
  • Supply Chain Strategy: Ensure the supply chain strategy is embedded throughout the team and department.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure company and site processes and procedures are followed.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and assist in capital expenditure projects.

Requirements:
