About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care & Support Assistant to join our team at Campbell House in Weybridge, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in various activities promoting their health and wellbeing.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as booking appointments, arranging transport, and accompanying residents on visits.

What You'll Need:

  • A warm and friendly individual with experience working in a care or support environment.
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of older people and working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to upholding high standards of care.

Salary: £13.61 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 per hour for evening and weekend shifts.
