Healthcare Support Worker

We are currently seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd in the Sleaford area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personal care and support to residents, including washing, bathing, and dressing
- Assisting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning
- Preparing meals and snacks as needed
- Supporting residents with medication and ensuring their wellbeing is at the forefront of our service
We are looking for a Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. If you have a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Care Certificate (training can be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Enhanced DBS (assistance provided)
