Job Opportunity: Support Worker for Learning Disabilities Service
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Worker for our Learning Disabilities Service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, choice, and inclusion for adults with learning disabilities.
About the Role:
- Companionship and personal care support
- Teaching of independent living skills
- Management of medication
- Community-based activities such as swimming, social activities, or other leisure activities
