As a knowledgeable hydrogeologist, you will have experience in delivering groundwater projects both domestically and internationally.
You will collaborate closely with our technical experts situated in various established teams.

As part of a well-established and successful team, you will collaborate with our technical leaders to secure, deliver, and manage our groundwater project portfolio while fostering trusted client relationships.
You will uphold high performance standards and influence project development.
As an experienced hydrogeologist, you will manage your own work to a high standard, leading projects and proposals as appropriate, and defining and delivering outputs for a variety of projects, including complex problem-solving.
Teamwork is essential to our success, and you will work closely with the groundwater resources team, mentoring and supporting junior staff.
In addition to hydrogeological assessments, you will collaborate with the Water Management Consultancy team on various projects related to water supply, strategic planning, resource optimization, and environmental assessments.
With a degree in science, engineering, or mathematics and a postgraduate qualification in hydrogeology or a related field, you are likely to be chartered through a relevant professional organization.
You will possess substantial experience as a hydrogeologist in consultancy, water companies, regulatory bodies, or academia.
Your background will include expertise in water resources hydrogeology and hydrology, such as WINEP investigations, signal and pumping tests, borehole design, groundwater flooding, or water resource planning.
A solid understanding of UK hydrogeology and the environmental and regulatory framework governing UK water management is essential.
You will have experience leading projects through all phases, from problem definition to data collection, analysis, interpretation, and providing clear conclusions and recommendations.
Innovation and the development of new approaches are encouraged.
You will be highly motivated, proactive, and possess excellent numerical, analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Your ability to communicate effectively at all levels will facilitate collaborative work and the establishment of high-quality client relationships.
A valid full UK driving license is required.
