Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Hydrogeologist to join our Water Management Consultancy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading groundwater projects and developing trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead groundwater projects from problem definition to delivery, ensuring high standards of performance and influencing project development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our technical specialists to deliver a range of projects, including groundwater resource evaluation, development, and management.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Chartered hydrogeologist with a degree in science, engineering, or mathematics and a post-graduate qualification in hydrogeology or a related subject.
  • Substantial experience in water resources hydrogeology and hydrology, including WINEP investigations, signal and pumping tests, borehole design, and groundwater flooding or water resource planning.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, report-writing, and presentational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Valid full UK driving license.
