Trainee Branch Manager Opportunity

Steamatic Horsham/Grampians is a family-owned business that specializes in disaster restoration and recovery services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trainee Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and cost jobs to ensure efficient and effective restoration services
  • Lead small crews and supervise work to ensure high-quality results
  • Carry out work on the tools and schedule and supervise work to meet deadlines
  • Liaise with clients and network to develop business relationships
  • Participate in leadership and management training to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to ensure jobs are assessed, scheduled, and managed within budget and time specifications
  • Confidence and ability to deal with a diverse range of people and to have empathy in every situation
  • Able to accept some occasional "away from home" assignments
  • Lateral thinking and skillset to see tasks through to completion
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Some flexibility regarding hours
  • A Police Check & Working with Children's Check (WWC)
  • Current White Card
  • The right to work in Australia and be prepared to undergo drug and alcohol testing
