We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Search Recruitment Group (SRG) Leeds.
About the Role:
As a Sales Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and clients, generating talent, and attracting candidates through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and making job offers to successful candidates
- Talent generation and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and our internal database
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written and verbal communications
What We Offer:
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a basic salary of £25,000 to £35,000, up to 40% commission (uncapped), pension scheme, EV car benefit scheme, and 1000's of lifestyle discounts with Perkbox.
