Sales Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Search Recruitment Group (SRG) in Leeds. As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and clients, generating talent, and attracting candidates through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients through written and verbal communications
- Talent generation and attracting candidates through job adverts, job boards, social media channels, and our internal database
- Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and making job offers to successful candidates
- High levels of resilience to overcome challenging situations, setbacks, and disappointments
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
- Able to come up with creative ideas and solutions-driven
- Excellent team-working and collaborating with colleagues on projects, sharing ideas
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, sales environment
- Confident to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision making
- Proven track record to work on own initiative
- Basic salary of £25,000 to £35,000 with a 1st year OTE of £45,000
- Up to 40% commission (uncapped) paid monthly, quarterly, and annually
