Centre Manager Role

As a key member of the MSX - TPS team, the Centre Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence in customer service. The successful candidate will lead, manage, and motivate their team to achieve business plans and objectives, while developing strategic plans and processes to ensure a successful TPS Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Performance: Ensure the Centre targets and business objectives are achieved, and translate overall sales targets into departmental targets.
  • Team Management: Motivate, recognise, and incentivise the team, create Personal Development Plans, and provide developmental or corrective support where required.
  • Customer Focus: Create a customer-centric culture in the business, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues.
  • Process Improvement: Regularly monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and take action for any deviations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines, including Warranty.

The Centre Manager will work closely with stakeholders to maintain an effective relationship and ensure the overall security of the stock and premises.
