Job Title: Senior Portfolio Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Operations Manager to join our team at the British Business Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the portfolio administration process for the Future Fund portfolio of equity investments and overseeing the team responsible for delivering the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the insourcing and implementation of the portfolio admin process from an external counterparty
  • Embed the BAU process as part of the wider Middle Office to oversee the ongoing support of the portfolio
  • Continuously improve the insourced process and align it to wider Portfolio Operations processes
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including investment and central teams
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in Financial Services/fund operations
  • Successful project delivery experience and good data analysis, interpretation, and judgement skills
  • Knowledge and experience in designing systems and processes
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and manage team relationships
