Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Hospitality Representative to join our team. As a Front Desk Hospitality Representative, you will be the face of Sonder and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to guest rooms.
- Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as responding to guest inquiries, handling guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest hospitality trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
