Strive Supply Chain LLP is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead our Depot Transport operation in Lancing, West Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our fleet of 45 units and 45 drivers, operating on a multi-drop basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance, ensuring On Time, In Full (OTIF) delivery rates.
- Manage and analyze Operational KPIs to drive transport department performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and transport technology to drive forward-thinking solutions.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency regulations.
- Proven experience in a multi-drop, FMCG environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
