{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our End of Life Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging virtual and classroom-based training sessions to our colleagues across the south of England.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the delivery of individual and group training/assessment sessions to ensure all colleagues are working in accordance with policies and procedures to deliver the best end of life care, support, and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering training sessions to colleagues across the region
* Facilitating new starter training on a one-to-one basis
* Conducting regular colleague assessments of key skills
* Providing short notice training support where a skills gap has been identified
* Collaborating with the Academy design team to enhance and develop training courses

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be IT literate, and have a high level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.
