As the Assistant Store Leader in one of our larger, more intricate locations, you will take charge in the absence of the Store Leader. You will be a prominent presence on the sales floor, fostering trust and promoting an inclusive environment.

Your primary focus will be on store operations, guiding your team to address daily challenges, enhancing and optimizing store performance during your shifts, while also planning for the upcoming months by utilizing data and insights to set priorities for achieving our retail and digital objectives.

As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be well-positioned for a Store Leader role within our organization.
