We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Management to join our client, a global building materials business. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, leading a team of product managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy, including product enhancements and development, commercial assessments, and project sponsorship.
- Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product launches and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with commercial colleagues to track product portfolio performance and identify market opportunities and challenges.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the division's strategy and grow the team.
- Develop and deliver sustainable product roadmaps, lifecycle analysis, and portfolio management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or building products industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial assessments and project sponsorship.
