Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audit and accounts teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored audit and accounts services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with AJ Chambers' services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualification or working towards qualification
  • Strong practical accountancy and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office products such as Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Caseware Accounts Production and Audit is an advantage, but training will be provided
What We Offer:
  • Commensurate salary with experience
  • Annual bonus (not guaranteed)
  • 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home or in the office
  • 25 days holiday, plus statutory bank/public holidays
