Aerospace Safety Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Safety Manager to join our team at Accelerated People Management Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our operations.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and maintain health and safety practices across our facilities.
- Collaborate with our executive team to identify and mitigate potential hazards and develop corrective actions.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our staff in health and safety best practices.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH/Level 6 Diploma or equivalent qualification in health and safety.
- Proven experience in implementing health and safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
