You will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of safety professionals and collaborate with the business to drive safety standards forward. The role reports directly to an experienced Health and Safety Director who will provide guidance and support to help you achieve your career goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to site teams on Health and Safety matters
- Develop and implement effective methods to promote Health and Safety awareness and best practices
- Collaborate with safety and operational teams to implement a positive safety strategy
- Build strong relationships with sites to improve Health and Safety Culture across the business
- Work with underperforming sites to develop strategies to improve safety standards
- Manage ISO Accreditations across the business
- Contribute to the development of a positive safety strategy as a key member of the team
- Health and Safety Diploma Qualification
- Experience in an operational Health and Safety role
- Experience in developing and implementing Health and Safety Strategies
- Experience managing a team in Health and Safety is beneficial
- Full UK Driving License and experience managing multiple locations
