Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Residential Children's Home Manager to join our team at The Talent Crowd. About the Role: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in the sector, with at least 5 years of experience and a Level 5 qualification or above. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the home, including managing staff, maintaining Ofsted standards, and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care
