Job Title: Support Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Care Professional. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication
  • Support clients with mobility issues and provide physical assistance when needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
