Family Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team in Plymouth. As a Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including divorce, financial remedy, private law, child law, and domestic abuse cases.

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of the legal aid system and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be working with a well-established firm that provides advice on a wide range of sectors, including property law, family law, collaborative law, mediation, and wills and probate.

The firm has several accredited mediators, children panel solicitors, advanced family law panellists, and resolution specialists, making it an ideal place to further develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of family law cases
  • Provide advice on divorce, financial remedy, private law, child law, and domestic abuse
  • Work with a team of experienced Family Lawyers and support staff
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the legal aid system

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Family Lawyer
  • Sound knowledge of the legal aid system
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
