We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at Austen Lloyd Limited. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a range of general Family matters, including divorce and matrimonial, financial remedy, and private and public children matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of Family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children cases
  • Providing expert advice to clients on Family law matters
  • Representing clients in court and at mediation
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless service to clients

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Family Solicitor
  • Proven track record of fee earning and client development skills
  • Strong knowledge of Family law and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
