## Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

## Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team at HR-Solutions. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales journey for prospects, from initial engagement through to contracting.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve revenue growth opportunities by self-generating appointments from data provided via social media, marketing campaigns, emails, and referrals
* Gain a strong understanding of our different propositions and introduce appropriate products and services to meet the needs of the prospect
* Proactively manage pipeline opportunities and diligently update our CRM to ensure performance and maximise revenue
* Configure pricing, proposals, and contracts for multiple prospects using our Salesforce CRM
* Comply with all HR-Solutions reporting, administrative, and sales processes and procedures

### Requirements:

* Minimum of two years' sales experience working as a New Business/Inside Sales professional
* Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
* Good experience of working with a SaaS platform
* Experience of working in sales or telesales with a proven successful track record, running your own territory or sector, with specific experience of 'getting past the gate keeper'
* B2B experience with senior decision makers, via outbound sales initiatives
* Proven ability to provide a holistic approach selling multiple products and services (people and technology)

### What We Offer:

* £40,000 base salary per annum
* £80,000 OTE plus an attractive company benefits package, including remote/hybrid working arrangements, health cash plan, life assurance, and more
