Job Description

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract with sites around the Reading area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carry out lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacement
  • Conduct emergency lighting tests
  • Work on control panels and ballast changing
  • Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Perform all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update log books
  • Undertake plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets
  • Work on pumps and motors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain logbooks
  • Use CAFM systems, including elogs and Webquote
  • Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment
  • Communicate effectively with client staff members and site management teams

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with experience in electrical and mechanical principles and systems
  • Good communication and client-facing skills
  • Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Ability to work unsupervised to a high quality
