Mobile Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Technician to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle services and maintenance, including MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out vehicle services and maintenance, including MOTs and diagnostics
  • Repair and maintain heavy vehicles, including HGVs
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid HGV licence (Class 1)
  • Have a good knowledge of HGVs and heavy vehicle maintenance
  • Hold industry-recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three) in heavy vehicle service, maintenance, and repair
  • Previous experience as an HGV Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or similar
