Key Responsibilities:- Support students with SEN in the classroom, helping them understand and engage with lessons.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups to assist students with their individual learning needs.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring activities are accessible for all students.
- Encourage student confidence and independence through tailored support.
- A passion for working with children and young people with SEN.
- A recent degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and a patient, supportive approach.
- Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential.
- An updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
