Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students.
  • Support individual and small groups of students with their learning, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Contribute to classroom management and behaviour support, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Participate in school activities and trips as needed, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline and a genuine passion for education.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well with children and as part of a team.
  • A desire to pursue a career in teaching or education, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Previous experience in a school or with children is beneficial but not essential.
  • An updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
