Overview of the Role
Compass Associates is looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Forensic Care Director. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the clinical operations of a specialist secure service dedicated to male patients with forensic backgrounds.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Hospital Director and multidisciplinary team to shape and execute the hospital's strategy. They will provide both operational and clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided. A valid NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD nurse (HCPC candidates with a management background will also be considered) is required for this position. Ideally, experience in a forensic setting would be beneficial. A competitive salary of £56,000 - £60,000, plus benefits, including 25 days of annual leave and a generous pension scheme, is offered.
