Vacant Home Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Vacant Home Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Build Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that vacant properties are rehabilitated and ready for occupation by new tenants.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance activities for vacant properties, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repair activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and completion certificates.
  • Liaise with contractors, maintenance teams, and housing officers to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Ensure all repair activities comply with health and safety regulations and organizational policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on property repairs, highlighting key metrics such as turnaround times, costs, and any issues encountered.

Salary: £25,000 per annum
