Main Purpose of the Role:
The Facilities Coordinator will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities and building management activities within the organisation. This role involves coordinating maintenance tasks, handling contractor communications, managing facilities stock and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating maintenance tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Handling contractor communications and managing relationships
- Managing facilities stock and supplies, including ordering and inventory control
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar facilities role
- Familiarity with building services and maintenance systems
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification (or willingness to work towards)
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations

- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing workloads
- Clear communication skills
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental impact within facilities management
