Assistant Manager Opportunity at Everyman

We're seeking a charismatic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our vibrant and friendly team at Everyman. As a key member of our venue management team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Venue & Deputy Manager in ensuring seamless venue operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive recruitment, social media marketing, film scheduling, and stock management initiatives.
