Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venues, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Venue & Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring that all aspects of the business are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver training to new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Delegating responsibility for team member recruitment, social media marketing, film scheduling, and stock taking, among other important duties.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role, with a background in customer service-focused hospitality.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with bags of business savvy and self-drive.
  • A love for food, drink, and people.
