About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electro-mechanical systems for our gas detection products. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Development - Design and develop electro-mechanical systems for our gas detection products.
  • Customer Consultation - Work with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Project Management - Manage projects from quotation to delivery, ensuring that customer needs are met and deadlines are met.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with our production team to ensure that systems are assembled and tested according to our quality standards.
  • Documentation - Create and deliver technical documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals, to customers.
Requirements
  • Education - Degree qualification in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience - Proven experience in design engineering, technical sales, or a related field.
  • Skills - Proficient in using AutoCad and MS Office applications. Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and/or instrumentation.
Desirable
  • PLC Programming - Experience with PLC programming.
  • Gas Detection Systems - Knowledge of gas detection systems, including on-site experience.
