We are seeking a Corporate Finance Director to lead our finance team in Buckley, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Finance Director or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
