Prospect Health is partnering with a highly respected practice in the Hythe area, seeking a dedicated Salaried GP to join their established team.

This practice boasts a skilled and collaborative group of GPs, Practice Nurses, Nurses, HCAs, and a Phlebotomist. They are committed to providing exceptional patient care and offer opportunities for professional development and teaching within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care across 6 sessions per week.
  • Enjoy flexibility in scheduling your days.
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled clinical team.

  • Engage in regular meetings with the close-knit team to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Practice Highlights:
  • Utilize EMIS system for efficient patient management.
  • Manage a well-structured consultation list with approximately 15 patients per session (AM & PM).
  • Embrace opportunities to develop your areas of interest within the practice.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive remuneration up to £11,000 per session per annum, commensurate with experience and expertise.

Qualifications and Requirements:
