Job Description
This Graduate Teaching Assistant role in Hemel Hempstead offers a unique two-year pathway to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience and understanding of our holistic approach to autism education. You will begin as a Teaching Assistant, gradually taking on teaching responsibilities part-time, and by year two, you will work as an unqualified teacher and enroll in a teaching apprenticeship to achieve QTS.
