This unique two-year pathway offers structured support to progress from Teaching Assistant to Qualified Teacher Status.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced teachers to develop your skills and knowledge in a specialist autism setting. You will be responsible for providing academic support to students, assisting with lesson planning, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
