The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting salary of £21,500 per annum, rising annually throughout the 4-year apprenticeship period.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer. The role involves performing plant maintenance, conducting failure diagnosis, repair, and replacement of highly automated control systems, mechanical, electrical, and production systems.

  • A 4-year structured Apprenticeship Programme.
  • Varied learning through on-the-job training with your own Warburtons mentor and working with our national training provider (MGTS).
  • An apprenticeship that equips you to become a qualified Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer.

This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, including electrical, mechanical, and control engineering skills.

You can expect to learn fault finding and fixing mechanical and electrical components, making and suggesting improvements. At the end of your apprenticeship, you'll have achieved your BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Flexibility around work patterns, including shifts, weekends, and evenings (from year 3 onwards).
