About the Role

We are seeking a talented Multi Skilled Maintenance Professional to join our Engineering team at Warburtons. This exciting opportunity will involve performing plant maintenance, conducting failure diagnosis, and learning about food and safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform plant maintenance and repairs, ensuring efficiency and safety
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing effective solutions
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent downtime
  • Learn and implement best practices for food safety and quality control
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering team to achieve production goals

Requirements

  • 18 years or older due to residential requirement of the first year of study
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for engineering and commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
