Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) Support Assistant to provide exceptional support to our students. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with SEN/SEMH needs.

As a SEN and SEMH Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to deliver personalized support and create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN/SEMH needs.
  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements:
  • Degree or relevant experience in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
