We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Special Education Support Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students with special educational needs.

About the Role

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and supportive environment for students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting students with special educational needs in a school setting
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans to help students achieve their goals
  • Fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience, understanding, and empathy. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
