At Nuffield Health, we're looking for an experienced Emotional Wellbeing Counsellor to join our team in delivering psychological interventions and stepped care treatment in a private care setting.

This exciting new role is designed to support individuals with common mental health problems, and as our Emotional Wellbeing Counsellor, you will assess and support people in the self-management of their recovery.

You will be responsible for undertaking patient-centred interviews, identifying areas for change and/or recovery, and making decisions on suitability for new referrals.

We're committed to maintaining high standards of practice, adhering to Nuffield Health protocols and regulations, and ensuring client confidentiality is protected at all times.

About the Role:

  • Deliver psychological interventions and stepped care treatment to individuals with common mental health problems.
  • Assess and support individuals in the self-management of their recovery.
  • Undertake patient-centred interviews to identify areas for change and/or recovery.
  • Make decisions on suitability for new referrals, adhering to Nuffield Health protocols and regulations.
  • Ensure client confidentiality is protected at all times.

You will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' post-degree experience in counselling.
  • BACP accreditation.
