Finance Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing, preparing, and recording investment transactions. Your duties will include monitoring incoming investment instructions, accurately allocating bank receipts, and promptly resolving any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for reconciling control and suspense accounts, preparing tax refund claims to HMRC, and calculating and processing manual fees accurately.

Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of the banking/investment industry, and be highly numerate with the ability to absorb complex information. They will also be able to use their own initiative and have excellent attention to detail.
