**Senior Vice President - Private Credit Funds**

Selby Jennings is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President to spearhead capital-raising initiatives for our private credit funds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, fostering relationships with European institutional investors, and driving the growth of our private credit platform.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement innovative fundraising strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with European institutional investors, identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

**Requirements**

  • At least 7-12 years of experience in institutional sales and private markets, with a strong background in fundraising and asset management.
  • A proven track record of success in raising capital for private credit or alternative investments, with a deep understanding of private credit strategies and investment structures.
  • An established network of contacts within the European institutional investor community, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Our Offer**

We provide a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $260,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, career development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
