Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Orpington. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and ensuring that repairs are carried out to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assess vehicle damage and identify repair requirements
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with the repair process
- Ensure that all repairs are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Experience in vehicle repair and assessment
- Knowledge of Thatcham repair methods and Audatex
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
