At Lookers Stoke BMW, we're seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a specialist in new car sales, you'll work closely with our passionate sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.

This role requires a team player with outstanding communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. You'll be reporting to Tony Crolla, General Manager, who will provide guidance and support to help you develop your skills and advance your career in the industry.

Responsibilities

Our Sales Executives are the primary point of contact, ensuring they understand customers' needs and wants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in-person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer requirements
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final sale price
  • Completing relevant paperwork for each sale

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You'll be expected to meet targets, so being ambitious and hard-working is essential. Motor trade experience is a must, and previous experience in a similar role within the industry is preferred but not required. A full UK driving license is also necessary, as you may be required to drive high-end vehicles.
