- Enable service users to be as independent as possible and maintain existing life skills.
- Provide emotional support and maintain relationships with family and friends.
- Meet individual, personal care, and hygiene needs.
- Participate in the decision-making process concerning future plans for each service user.
- Prepare reports and participate in case reviews.
- Administer medication as prescribed by the General Practitioner.
- Undertake 'Keyworker' responsibilities and promote effective communication within the residential staff team.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic and diverse team.
- Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
